In all work of investigation it agrees to study the rea of knowledge to be able to make approaches complete of the subject investigation matter and not to leave of side no branch of the right that includes the problem investigation matter, consequently is clear that next we will study the same. The knowledge area is straight international pblico, constitutionalist, commercial, right of international, procedural, right trade enterprise and corporative. When we studied right of integration is necessary to consider international pblico straight because the first indicated branch form leaves from second. Nevertheless, for other treaty writers the right of integration does not comprise of the pblico international right but of the deprived international right, consequently it is clear that diverse positions with respect to the location of this jurdica discipline exist and they even exist positions of which is not located previously in any of these two indicated branches of the right, but on the contrary maintain that it is an independent jurdica discipline or autnoma, consequently is clear that one considers that the right of integration does not comprise of these branches of the right, but he is autnoma and independent of other jurdicas disciplines. But it is clear that the fact of being autnoma does not imply that is not located in any branch of the right, or for example civil and right straight mercantile they are disciplines or branches of the right autnomas but are located within the private right; club, right record, right stock-exchange, right competing, on the other hand straight right of the international trade they are autnomas but they are located within comecial, right the right enterprise, deprived and corporative, by which it is clear that these positions are debatable in doctrine and we must study them at great length to have a complete idea of the subject investigation matter which as much lack does in the right and the economy.
